Volunteer Forms

For all volunteers planning to work with children at SCCS, including playground, lunchroom, classrooms, after school programs, traffic and safety monitors. We will be talking about behavior expectations for students, confidentiality issues, background check and Virtus requirements. Childcare is available BY RESERVATION. Please call the SCCS office or email dpolley@stccs.com if you need childcare.

All volunteers working with children at SCCS are required to have a minimum of a General Background Check, have attended a Virtus training session, and signed a Volunteer Code of Conduct. In addition, those coaching extracurricular activities are required to have a BCA (Bureau of Criminal Apprehension background check). If you have any questions about these procedures, please call or stop in the school office.
