For the 2011 - 2012 school year, transporation registration is required for all non-public school students. If a Transportation Registration Form is not received, the student will not be assigned a bus schedule. If you do not register for transportation at this time, you may reestablish bus service by contacting the Transportation Department at 651 351-8377 at any time duirng the year and they will add your student on a route within three days.

IF YOU WILL BE USING BUS TRANSPORTATION NEXT YEAR, YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM AND MAIL OR DROP IT OFF BY JUNE 15, 2011 TO:
