The St. Croix Catholic School Middle School program encompasses 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Each SCCS Middle School student takes a full year of Mathematics, English, Science, Religion, and History. In addition, each student takes:
 
Communications - one trimester each year ;
Physical Education - two trimesters in 6th grade, every day all year in 7th grade, and every day all year in 8th grade;
Computers - every day all year in 6th grade
Art - two trimesters in 7th grade
Spanish - every day all year in 8th grade
