1. A New Student Enrollment Form.
2. A Release of Information Form to send to your child's current school.
3. A $225 deposit. This includes a $125 non-refundable New Student Fee and a $100 deposit towards your tuition.
4. A copy of your child's birth certificate.
5. A copy of your child's baptismal certificate.
6. A completed Tuition Contract. This will be sent to you after tuition for the 2011- 2012 year has been finalized (approximately mid February).
7. If your child is entering 7th grade, a Health Form with Immunization information signed by your health care provided is required before the first day of school in September.

If all classes in your child's grade are full, your $125.00 New Student Fee will ensure your place on the waiting list for your child.

If a waiting list is necessary, we will accept children for admission in the following order:

1. A child with siblings already enrolled at St. Croix Catholic School.
2. A child of registered parishioners of the Church of St. Michael, Church of St. Mary or Church of St. Charles.
3. A child of parishioners at another Catholic church.
4. A child who is non-Catholic.
