The St. Croix Catholic School Creative Kids Club Extended Day program provides a safe, caring and fun environment for elementary school aged children. Emphasis is placed on social, emotional and physical development.

Creative Kids Club is open at St. Croix Catholic School on all regular school days. The before school hours are from 7:00 AM until 9:00 AM and after school hours are from 3:30 PM until 6:00 PM.

Child care is not available on days when school is closed such as teacher workshop days, for emergencies such as snow days or on holidays.

Registering your child for Creative Kids Club

You can begin using Creative Kids Club at any time during the school year by completing a Creative Kids Club Registration form. A new form must be completed each school year.

Once your child has been registered, you have the option of completing either a weekly or monthly Child-Care Schedule. This form should be returned with payment by 6:00 PM on Thursday (or the last day of school for vacation weeks) of the week before care is needed. Late forms will be accepted until Friday at 6:00 PM if there is space available, but a late fee will be charged.

Childcare on a drop in basis may be available if there is space.

Fees are as follows:

Daily Fees

AM Block
7:00 to 9:00 - $10.00 per child
8:00 to 9:00 - $5.00 per child

PM Block
3:30 to 5:00 - $7.50 per child
3:30 to 6:00 - $12.00 per child

Additional Fees

Child Care Schedule turned in after 6:00 PM on Thursday, but before 6:00 PM on Friday $5.00 per family (in addition to regular daily fees)

Drop-in Fees (or prices for Child Care Schedule turned in after 6:00 PM on Friday):

AM (any block of time) - $18.00 per child per day
PM (any block of time) - $18.00 per child per day

Late Pick-up Fees

After 6:00 PM, families will be charged $5.00 per child for every 5 additional minutes, or portion thereof.

If your child does not attend on a scheduled day or at the scheduled time, whether due to illness or change of plans, refunds or credits are not issued.
