Computer/Technology Curriculum
Grades K - 2
Demonstrate basic keyboard familiarity with letter, numbers and navigation keys.
Demonstrate basic mouse use and control – select, drag and double click.
Demonstrate safe, responsible use and care of technology.
Communicate and demonstrate Internet safety.
Demonstrate respect for the work of others.
Identify the different ways that computers are used in society.
Identify major computer parts and processes – input, processing and output.
Use a variety of technology tools to create and extend classroom curriculum.
Drill and Practice Software, Graphic Tools, Visual Thinking Software, Scavenger Hunts and Tutorials.
