1.                   Completed New Student Enrollment Form

2.                   Signed Authorization for Release of School Records (for records from the last school student attended)

3.                   A School Health Examination Form signed by a health care provider. (This form can be forwarded from the last school student attended.)

4.                   A $225 deposit. This includes a $125 New Student Fee and a $100 deposit towards your tuition.

5.                   A Tuition Payment Preference Form.

If all classes in your child’s grade are full, your $225 deposit will ensure a place on a Waiting List for your child.

If a Waiting List is necessary we will accept children for admission in the following order:

1.                   A child with siblings already enrolled at SCCS.

2.                   A child who is the sibling of a former student of parents/guardians registered in one of the sponsoring parishes by date of parish registration.

3.                   A child whose parent or guardian is registered in one of the sponsoring parishes by the date of parish registration.

4.                   A child who is a sibling of a former student of parents who are non-parishioners.

5.                   A child of an SCCS alumni.

6.                   A child of a former parishioner.

7.                   A child of non-parishioners.
