I am so very happy to have been chosen as your new pastor and I look forward to getting to know our students, parents, and teachers here at the St. Croix Catholic School. To me a parish without a school is incomplete, just as an education without God is incomplete. If we only learn about the things God made, including us, without learning about the One who made them, then our education is incomplete. I learned this from personal experience having attended Catholic School myself from 1st to 8th grade at St. Wenceslaus parish in New Prague. Having to go to public school in 9th grade I immediately noticed the difference and the enormous vacuum created by the absence of God in education. That is why I believe so firmly and completely in the importance and necessity of Catholic Schools.
God bless you, and let us pray for each other,
